2 days of classroom training that imparts the skills of agility in an enterprise
ICAgile (ICP-ENT) Agility in the Enterprise certification course guides the candidates about how an organization can be made more adaptive and purpose-driven and what changes need to be done in it to make it more Agile. It also teaches the ways in which organizational processes can be made Agile and transition of the different departments in an organization such as Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations towards business agility. In ICP-ENT training, participants will learn the skills, tools, and techniques to resolve common issues in organizations such as handoffs and waste. They will also learn to design an Enterprise system that brings high-performance, customer-centric outcomes, and facilitates business agility. The topics included in ICP-ENT course are systems and complexity theory, Agile frameworks for enterprise scaling, measuring business performance from an Agile perspective, awareness of organizational design and structure, engaging leadership in conversations about organizational culture, and understanding leadership development.
