In this scenario, Unattended robots retrieve newly onboarded customers' data from a proprietary Task Management application and identify which systems must be updated with their data (mandatory + optional). Upon confirmation of the downstream systems, the Robots will then populate the systems. Once the Robot has validated all entry has been completed, it will record as such in the Task Management application and retrieve the subsequent customer's data to repeat the process as necessary

The challenge was to address high Average Handling Time (AHT) caused by manual, lengthy claim processes and to reduce the effort required to retrieve necessary information from OnBase and Oracle applications. This included ensuring validations between the systems. Additionally, there was a need to streamline the approval and rejection steps within the OnBase application to make the process more efficient.
