Course Overview

It is a certificate for IT professionals, as it discusses information technology governance, as well as basic requirements, policies, principles, processes, organizational structures, infrastructure, skills, and competencies needed to build information technology governance. The certificate also covers the role and responsibility of information technology and limiting the benefits of applying governance and includes operating level agreements and service level agreements and data management.

After CGEIT we will be able to: 

• Helping Organizations to achieve their goals
• Develop strategic plans to help the organization understand how changes the business strategy will affect the IT strategy 
• Track IT investments 
• Knowledge of key performance indicators, interest calculation techniques, and how to measure and monitor results and performance 
• Understand appropriate legal regulations and compliance systems and the ability to communicate risks to high-level executives 
• Ensuring that the right processes exist to reach the goals of the institution
